As an Accounts Associate within ClearCourse you will be joining an elite finance function who drive our growth and understanding of the business performance. You will get huge exposure across our business which will help your personal development and give you an excellent opportunity to grow.

What you will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Minimum 1 years' Finance experience ideally in a shared service centre environment

  • Experience of working within a shared service centre

  • MS Office (mainly Excel) skills

  • Good analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines

  • A degree and experience in the financial field (e.g. Accountancy or Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Studies)

What are the key accountabilities for this role?

  • Preparation and posting of journal entries

  • Preparing balance sheet accounts reconciliation process

  • Posting and reconciliation of bank transactions

  • Fixed asset accounting and depreciation

  • Prepayments

  • Documenting standard operating procedures

  • Performing R2R activities for applicable entities according to ClearCourse standard procedures
