Accounts Assistant/Accounts Payable

Your new companyA successful company who operates both in the UK and Europe with a strong reputation in the sector.Your new roleWorking within the finance team, you will take responsibility for the accounts payable. This is end to end processing from checking invoices, resolving supplier queries and statement reconciliation. You will also process re-charges, intercompany invoicing and coding, updating on vendor workflow and building relationships with colleagues, external contacts and the European head office. What you'll need to succeedYou will have a proven background in accounts payable, be able to work on your own initiative with strong attention to detail and an organised approach. You will have used integrated accounting systems previously, like SAP or Oracle, as well as Excel. Above all, you will offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be team-orientated and possess a friendly disposition.
