This organisation's services cover multiple aspects of employee health and well-being, from fitness evaluations and workplace assessments to specialised health support.

With a team of experienced occupational health professionals ready to create custom solutions for organisations of all sizes. Whether addressing physical health concerns, mental well-being, or specific industry requirements, this team can develop and implement programs to suit diverse business needs.

Clients include; Rolls Royce, Dyson and Weetabix

Your Role:

  • Handle predominantly inbound leads (90%) generated from website and marketing efforts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, typically 1-2 weeks
  • Enjoy full autonomy early in your role - the exact opposite of a micro-managing environment
  • Benefit from a staggered target system, with no targets in your first monthand then gradual targets until you're up to speed
