The ideal candidate will thrive in a positive and dynamic company culture, demonstrating energy, hard work, and a passion for helping people.Experience in property, tech, or utilities is essential.About The RoleAs a Senior Client Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their accounts perform optimally. Working alongside sales, customer service, and other internal teams, you’ll proactively manage and expand customer accounts, ensuring clients’ needs are met with tailored solutions.This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with ample growth potential, where your efforts will directly contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis exciting role has a number of key responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and account success.
  • Account Growth: Spot opportunities to expand customer accounts and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to drive growth.
  • Proactive Communication: Regularly contact clients via phone and virtual calls to discuss account performance, address issues, and provide assistance.
  • Customization & Training: Help clients configure and customize their accounts, providing in-depth product and service training as required.
  • Tailored Solutions: Identify client needs and offer personalized solutions to ensure their continued success.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to suggest improvements and optimize their experience.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor customer data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve client success and promote referrals.
  • Smooth Transitions: Ensure a seamless handover from the onboarding team to guarantee a positive customer experience from day one.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and training methodologies.
Salary & BenefitsThis role offers a basic salary of £32,000–£34,000, in addition to the following benefits:

Experience RequiredTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have the following experience:
  • Account Management or Sales: At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in property, tech, or utilities is essential.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various client levels.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
