We are excited to be partnering with a leading wholesale distributor in Manchester, who are looking to appoint an Ecommerce Account Manager for their team. The business excels in providing top-quality products within the FMCG sector, and cover everything from product development to manufacturing, supplying to an impressive roster of consumer brands including Asda, Home Bargains, Poundland and Halfords (to name only a few)! You will lead and manage their in-house wellness brand, focusing on driving revenue growth and taking the brand to the next level.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand, managing all aspects of the account, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall brand performance.

Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies to drive sales and increase conversion rates, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Product development: Carry out NPD ideation and support with packaging design brief and concepts.

Email marketing: Create briefs for email campaigns, utilizing analytics and A/B testing to determine future campaigns and overall strategy.

Social media: Plan and implement social strategies incorporating both paid and organic channels, working closely with the in-house paid social team to assess and improve performance.

Product & Content Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize product listings, ensuring content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, showcasing metrics such as sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues related to order fulfilment, inventory, or customer experience and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them quickly.

Market Research: Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions and recommendations.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and drive overall business success.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management or digital marketing, preferably within the supplements/wellness industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs in an e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Experience or knowledge of TikTok Shop would be desirable but not essential
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and digital marketing tactics is a plus
