Cobalt is looking for a standout Building Manager to take the reigns of a Grade A office building just a stone's throw from Manchester's central business district. This circa 115,000 sq ft development boasts a wide array of contemporary amenities including an on-site gym, open collaboration and events spaces, as well as changing and shower facilities, whilst it plays home to a number of key tenants.

You'll find yourself working for an award winning private practice with an enviable reputation for finding and nurturing the best people in the FM market - with many of their senior management team having climbed the ranks of our clients business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day to day operational management;
  • Building strong relationships with the tenants, providing an engaging first-class FM service delivery;
  • Ensuring full compliance with H&S requirements;
  • Implementing sustainability initiatives;
  • Managing contractors for M&E, Security, Cleaning and others;
  • Managing the service charge budget.

Our client is seeking a switched-on BM with a track record in managing the full range of services within a building previously. An IOSH is mandatory. Equally important will be your ability to bring together a range of personalities to create a quality FM experience for your tenants.
