Morson Talent are currently seeking a Franchise and Contract Commercial Lead to join a major Rail and Transportation client within their bus directorate to manage the franchises with various bus operators, who operate and maintain the transport network on the clients behalf.
You will lead the application of best practice contract聽and commercial management throughout the contract lifecycle, acting as a conduit聽between the client and the transport operators ensuring聽compliance to contracts, management of聽contract changes and adherence to performance indicators, all whilst driving continuous improvement, developing new ways of working and ensuring an effective return on investment.
You will act as a commercial professional with extensive experience of providing effective commercial management, ideally (but not essential) in relation to transport operations. You will have substantial experience of managing large value contracts, as well as substantial experience of complex contract procurement, development, implementation, variation negotiation and management.

The salary for this role is 拢 拢57,770 - 拢65,024 per annum. Salary will be based upon skills and experience.
