- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Certification in process mapping and improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Lean Six Sigma).
- Proficient in quality improvement methodologies and process optimisation tools.
- Skilled in creating and presenting complex reports and analyses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in business analyst roles focused on process redesign.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve common goals.

- PRINCE2 or ITIL Practitioner certification.
- Experience in health or social care environments.
