Our Central Government client is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Business Analyst to supplement the existing digital team and lead the analysis for IT-enabled business change projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet organisational needs.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment
- Certification in ITILv4
- Experience of managing development activities within an Agile environment
In return, you will receive the opportunity to support a major government department. The possibility to work on a long-term contract (6 months), paying up to £600 p/day (in scope of IR35). This role requires you to be on site up to 3 days per week.
