Consultant / Business Analyst - Business Systems

Manchester - hybrid (3 days a week)

Salary : Up to £50,000 + benefits

We're looking for a BA / Consultant with Business Systems experience to join a forward-thinking organisation that is going through a period of growth due to continued success! This would be a problem solving, solution driven role where you will be dedicated to driving & enhancing business operations through innovative systems and technology (CRM).

Mainly focused around Salesforce, you'd partner with stakeholders & business users to streamline processes, address challenges and drive general efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs and pain points
  • Responsible for assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvements and developing solutions that align with wider business objectives.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Solve product(CRM) related problems, making decisions around prioritisation and business deliverable
  • Assess, develop and priorities ideas to ensure that work aligns with the wider product strategy
  • Ensure that all change has an appropriate release plan including focused attention around communication. Making sure that you are able to measure success based on outcomes and adoption

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and getting to the core of an issue. You'll have experience working on projects focused around CRM (ideally salesforce) and be looking to progress your career within the product space!

This is a hybrid role in central Manchester so you must be a commutable distance from the offices.
