Our Greater Manchester NHS client is looking for a Change Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract. This organisation is within the NHS and is a key component of the wider NHS function across the whole Greater Manchester area. They are going through huge changes and periods of growth which has led to their requirement for contractors within their teams.

Role Details:

  • Support the Organisation Change Lead and Business Change Analysts in developing the Change Management workstream strategy, plan and content (Communication, Training, Readiness, Resistance Management, Change Impact, etc.
  • Work with stakeholders, operations and clinical, to ensure successful delivery of the project.
  • Act as champions of the new process, reinforce its benefits, address concerns/misconceptions, and promote a positive attitude towards change.
  • Highlight and document inefficiencies in the old process and identify benefits of the new approach/process.
  • Work with project team and stakeholders to validate the new process and ensure it meets both clinical and operational needs.
  • Develop and support the creation of process maps to compare old vs new workflow, identifying bottlenecks and gaps.
  • Develop and support change impact analysis activities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Change Management experience required.
  • Must have worked within the NHS or with public sector organisations previously.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis techniques and methods.
  • Experience in process mapping, process redesign, and benefits management.
