Cloud Transformation Senior Consultant

Role Overview:

The main focus of this role is to advise clients on cloud transformation and help them to implement new, digital enabled, business models whilst guiding them through the development and implementation process.

You'll also be key in setting strategic directions, driving forward business growth, and mentoring a team of junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and adjust cloud transformations to ensure success for each client
  • Work with all levels across the organisation to design and implement cloud transformations to drive success
  • Use strategy, service management, agile, and DevOps skills to achieve business results
  • Leverage knowledge of market trends to support organisational transformation
  • Contribute to the development of consulting practices and strategic goals.

Required Experience:

  • A history transforming businesses through technology / cloud transformation
  • Experience in managing operating model transformations
  • Practical knowledge of ITILv4 best practices and certification in ITILv4
  • Skills in cloud operating models, agile methodologies, and process mapping.
  • Ability to design and implement platform-based operating models.
  • Strong client engagement skills and experience in developing tailored strategies.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams and multiple work-streams.
  • Sales and business development skills, including proposal writing and client pitches.
