Role Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join our team as a Trainee Insolvency Consultant. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in insolvency, restructuring, and financial consulting. With full training provided, you will gain hands-on experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment, working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs).
  • Conduct initial investigations and analyze financial data to determine the best course of action for clients.
  • Prepare statutory reports, correspondence, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend client meetings to discuss their financial situation and explore possible solutions.
  • Work closely with creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure cases progress efficiently.
  • Stay updated with insolvency legislation and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: A recent graduate with a degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related discipline (minimum 2:1 preferred).
