MS Dynamics CRM Specialist

I am recruiting for an MS Dynamics CRM Specialist to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in Manchester, 3 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You must have previously worked as an MS Dynamics CRM Specialist.

You must have experience of working closely as a member of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team to design and implement business solutions.

Experience of working with teams to design business process workflows and Power Apps is essential.

You must also have experience of functional configuration of MS Dynamics Sales and Customer Insights and Data including marketing journeys.

Experience of managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform administration including security, DLP, environment strategy and setup, Dataverse configuration is required for this role.

Experience of designing and implementing test approaches and protocols.

Strong knowledge of Dynamics integration with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Power BI.

Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics and Power Platform licensing and how to get the best value for the business.
