Programme Business Analyst - Manchester Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading NHS organisation based in Manchester who are looking to recruiting an Interim Programme Business Analyst. Reporting to the Programme Lead the programme's aim is improve the timeliness of guidance production across medicines, health tech and guidelines whilst maintaining the quality of their guidance. This is a great opportunity to work in a highly successful focused and driven team allowing you to gain further exposure and play a pivotal role. The role is mainly remote with the occasionally attendance at the Manchester office. Your new role as Programme Business Analyst: As the Programme Business Analyst you will work as part of multidisciplinary teams to support programme activity. Your main function will be to work with guidance production programme teams and the improving timeliness project teams to establish key aspects. You will perform a key role to documents and baseline existing processes and procedures used for its guidance development, provide standard and consistent methods for collection and presentation of the data. You will analyse the as is processes and procedures to identity areas of convergence and divergence to enable optimisation recommendations. The Experience & Qualifications Required: You must be education to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge acquired through experience. Possess relevant processing mapping and improvement frameworks, knowledge of tools and processes e.g. model for improvement, lean or sigma and experience in a business analyst capacity.
