What will you be doing as Business Process & Controls Analyst?

  • Reporting to the Internal Controls Manager you will be building process models in consultation with process owners and subject matter experts across the business.
  • Extending the current internal controls framework to ensure coverage of process, system and operational controls.
  • Delivering the ongoing certification of the internal controls programme.
  • Audit - identify opportunities for improvement and delivering an internal audit programme that supports continuous improvement across the Group.
  • Improving the effectiveness of the internal control framework.
  • Within this Business Process & Controls Analyst position you will utilise and develop best practice processes and tools to help strengthen corporate governance, financial controls, risk management and compliance across the Group.

To be successful as Business Process & Controls Analyst you will have the following skills and experience:

  • At least two years’ experience working within process controls or audit team - we will consider candidates seeking a move from an accountancy practice and also from within industry
  • Inquisitive with a proactive approach
  • Great attention to detail and passionate about accuracy and compliance
  • Strong analytical and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable and confident communicating at all levels
  • Happy to take ownership and responsibility to work on your own initiative but also very much a team player
