A leading catering organisation who operate UK-wise are looking for an experienced Business Change Lead to support them on an HR Transformation on a contract basis. This role will be leading business change for an implementation of Ceridian Dayforce Workforce Management (Time and Attendance, Learning) across the UK.

- You must have experience supporting business change on HR, HR Transformation, or HRIS projects.
- Experience on Ceridian/Dayforce, or on WFM modules on any ERP, is desirable but not essential
- Experience leading business change and adoption in a catering/hospitality/retail/heavily consumer-facing organisation is of benefit
- Leading business change HR projects in a large, complex, multi-site organisation is a bonus
You'll be undertaking hands-on change activities such as identifying, planning and executing training, maximising post-implementation adoption, excellent communication planning, and working directly with business users to guide them through a large HR transformation.
This role will require some travel to UK sites, and occasional visits to a Macclesfield office.
