Our Dynamics 365 Team support a wide range of Manufacturing companies across the UK and Europe with their ERP and CRM implementation projects. We support the staffing challenges for both permanent staff and interim contractors. On this occasion, we are supporting multi-site Dynamics 365 F&O project (an upgrade from Dynamics AX) with a particular focus on the advanced Warehouse Management tools within this particular ERP offering. As this international business migrates to D365, we are seeking an experienced analyst and delivery consultant to help develop and modernize their warehouse management processes. You will take a methodical process-based approach with a fine eye on quality. This role will be key to the project and support through to go-live.
In our ideal scenario, we would like to engage with someone who has supported the migration from Dynamics AX to D365 F&O on multiple occasions. You will have worked with warehousing, distribution, supply chain departments on multiple occasions and you will have a great understanding of the warehousing management features within the D365 offering. You will also support other workflows as the project comes to fruition and engage with the wider implementation team.
Role and Responsibilities - Business Analyst, D365, Dynamics, F&O, Functional Consultant
- You will enjoy working closely with D365 project manager and team members along with subject matter experts from across the business.
- Own and serve as the expert for business processes which will lead to the successful transition from AX to D365 F&O.
- Support workshops to understand requirements and develop solutions to carry out business processes.
- Liaise with consultancy partners to realise these solutions in our D365 environment.
Key Requirements - Business Analyst, D365, Dynamics, F&O, Functional ConsultantWe are seeking Dynamics 365 Analysts and Functional Consultants with the following qualities and areas of experience:
- Demonstrable experience in the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O projects (multiple projects ideally)
- A passion for understanding business problems and pain points.
- Great requirements gathering skills, delivering both current and future-state solutions.
- Self-motivated, with skills in critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving.
- Great communication skills – you will be an enabler for collaboration.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines, and work in an efficient manner.
- In-depth knowledge of D365 functionality including:
- Expertise and consultancy on supply chain and advanced warehousing processes, integrating WMS into the D365 F&O.
- Conducted detailed analysis of warehouse operations to optimise order routing
- Ideally have exposure to warehouse scanners set up & D365 Integration.
- Have exposure to management and optimisation of BOM (Bill of Materials), costings, and sales order processes.
- An advantage; Have 5+ years AX/D365FO experience from an IT admin perspective
- You will have worked with large, complex, multi site businesses with significant turnover (£50m+).
Compensation and Benefits
