Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their award-winning team in Manchester, offering a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000. In this role, you'll provide legally compliant and commercially focused advice on all aspects of HR and Employment Law. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys handling a wide range of employment relations issues across various sectors, contributing to a dynamic and successful environment.

HR Business Partner

Contract: Permanent

Location: Manchester City Centre (fully on-site)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Interview: 1 stage, in person

What you'll do:

  • Provide detailed and authoritative employment law, employee relations and HR best practice advice.
  • Ensure personal knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is continually updated.
  • Responsible to Corporate/Priority/Care and Hospitality Team Leader/Manager
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, tailoring content and style to create strong working relationships with priority client base.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
  • Review client documentation as required.
  • Maintain professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
  • Proactively manage your own learning and development.

What you bring (essential):

  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload accordingly.
