Are you a proactive HR professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Employee Relations Case Consultant to join our client on a 3-month contract, starting immediately!

Position Details:
  • Role: Temporary Employee Relations Case Consultant
  • Contract: 3 months
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Manchester
  • On-site Requirement: Minimum 3 days per week, ideally full-time (5 days)
  • Travel: Occasional travel to Hereford (every 2-3 weeks) and potentially other areas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support People Managers: Provide expert advice on Employee Relations (ER) issues, such as sickness absence management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and more.
  • Coaching & Guidance: Empower People Managers with knowledge of employment policies and best practices.
  • Case Management: Manage ER cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution.
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in handling ER cases and advising on complex HR issues.
  • Knowledgeable: In-depth understanding of employment law, including the Equality Act and Working Time regulations.
  • Decision-Maker: Customer-focused with a keen ability to manage risks and make informed decisions.
