Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Reward Business Partner to deliver effective reward strategies across diverse teams.
  • Develop and implement reward initiatives, including pay structures, benefits, and incentive schemes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reward frameworks and business-wide programs.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in total reward, including pay structures, incentives, and benefits, along with exceptional numerical and analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience with job evaluation methodologies, such as Korn Ferry Hay Group or Willis Towers Watson, is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across all levels of an organisation. A broad understanding of HR and employee relations is beneficial, and while a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, it is not mandatory.
