- Think strategically and see the bigger picture and set objectives to develop and improve the business and reach new audiences
- Maintain a strong commercial awareness, understanding the recruitment market.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events and client site visits.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring that they reach their staffing requirements.
- Work in conjunction with our skilled Marketing Team to create informative collateral for clients.
- Previous experience in B2B field sales or Account Management roles.
- Experience in recruitment is not essential but is advantageous.
- Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically telephone, email, written and presentations.
- Ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
