Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive - IT Solutions

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our clients base in the IT solutions sector, with a focus on call centres, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and offshore IT companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients in the target markets
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs and tailor our IT solutions accordingly
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of IT solutions for new clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and stay current on market trends
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system

Requirements:
