You'll join a lively, social team in Manchester, and work for an impressive Sales Leader who is passionate, loves developing people drives a positive culture, and was promoted internally
Business Development Executive's will receive a 1st class training program & expect to be competent in only 3 months. Progression happens every 12 months when you hit target & 33% of advertised roles in this company are filled with internal promotions.

* Educate on Products & Market Trends: Share insights on offerings and industry developments.
* Manage Full Sales Process: From prospecting to closing, control your pipeline and earnings.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure smooth sales cycles through cross-department coordination.
* Work Autonomously: Apply your personal style and strategies for success.
