- Actively reach out and qualify potential new brokers, engaging through multiple touchpoints to drive high-value opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for streamlined communication and reporting.
- Reconnect with dormant clients to uncover potential needs, revitalise interest, and help convert opportunities.
- Partner with our Business Development Managers to align on new leads and maximise conversion rates.
- Base Salary: £26,000-£27,000
- Bonus: £50 per secured broker appointment
