We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to be a key player in expanding our reach within the broker market. This high-volume role involves connecting with potential brokers and lapsed clients, scheduling qualified appointments and effectively managing CRM data to support our sales team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively reach out and qualify potential new brokers, engaging through multiple touchpoints to drive high-value opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for streamlined communication and reporting.
  • Reconnect with dormant clients to uncover potential needs, revitalise interest, and help convert opportunities.
  • Partner with our Business Development Managers to align on new leads and maximise conversion rates.
What We Offer:
