We have exclusively partnered with a retailer in Dubai who is looking to relocate talent as part of their Graduate Trainee Head Office Programme. The Graduate Retail Head Office Scheme is a rotational program designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
The scheme offers hands-on experience across core head office functions such as Marketing, Branding, Commercial, and E-commerce.
The role and responsibilities Retail Graduate Business Programme - Dubai:
- This is a rotational role where you will insight into different aspects of the business. Exposure my include -
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimise online store performance.
- Support category management initiatives to drive profitability and stock efficiency.
- Engage with key retail partners to enhance in-store execution and promotions.
- Assist in sales performance analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
- You will also work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining practical insights into the operations of each department.
To be successful in this Retail Graduate Business Programme - Dubai -
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor or Masters Degree
- They are open to any degree background but a Business or Marketing bias maybe preferential
- Ideally have 2.1 or above degree result
- You must be flexible and have high level of initiative to start a career in different country & culture!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
