Client Details
My client is a market leading global manufacturer, based in Manchester.
They are searching for a Business Change Project Manager to focus on the delivery of key projects alongside the management of change activities.
This is a 2 year FTC with hybrid working.
Description
- Manage projects from start to finish, focusing on business changes and delivering on agreed goals for scope, time, cost, quality, and benefits.
- Develop project plans and budgets, ensuring they are practical and manageable.
- Create and implement resource and change management plans.
- Enter project data accurately and on time in management systems.
- Balance project priorities like scope, time, cost, and quality, using a formal process for major changes.
- Provide updates, raise concerns, and ensure alignment with portfolio goals.
- Identify and address project dependencies, coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
- Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project sponsors and business owners, keeping them informed and addressing challenges promptly.
Profile
- Project or change management experience focusing on business change
- Certified in project management (e.g. APM, Prince 2, MSP, Agile)
- Certified in change management (e.g PROSCI, APMG)
- Experience managing projects in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering business changes across functions to achieve goals.
- Over 5 years of project delivery experience with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid practices
