Lynx are recruiting for a reputable consultancy who are looking for an experienced / accomplished Business Improvement Manager to join their team.

The Business Improvement Manager will be managing a Delivery team of up to 10 members of staff working with exciting clients in industries such as; Automotive and Travel & Tourism.

Essentials Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Process Improvement / Operational Excellence
  • Experienced operating models
  • Business architecture experience
  • Team management experience
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Consultancy / MSP background
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Lean Six Sigma certified (black or master black belt)
  • Computer Science/IT based BSc Degree 2:1 or above

The Business Improvement Manager is a hybrid role working in the office 3 days a week.
