We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Defined Contribution (DC) Consultant to join our client who are growing their Employee Benefits team in Manchester.

What We're Looking For:

? At least 5 years of experience in UK pensions or employee benefits consulting

? Strong client relationship management skills

? Advanced knowledge of pension providers & master trusts

? Thorough understanding of the UK DC market and its trends

? Familiarity with Occupational Trust-Based DC schemes and wind-ups

? Knowledge of employee benefits (a plus!)

? Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning)

? Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex topics simply

? Self-motivated, analytical, and a problem solver

? Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Your Role:

?? Advise a broad range of clients and help shape our Employee Benefits team

?? Build and maintain strong client relationships

?? Provide pension scheme design, governance, and compliance advice

?? Conduct provider research and stay ahead of industry trends

?? Present clear and insightful recommendations to trustees, employers, and employees

?? Support the development of junior team members
