Project Manager (Business Change)

2 Year Fixed Term Contract

North Manchester - hybrid

Salary : £80,000 + car allowance + benefits

We're looking for a Business Change focused Project Manager to join an industry leading organisation that are going through a period of growth due to continued success! You'll be key in leading initiatives and projects that are driving impactful change across the organisation.

This role combines project management expertise with robust change management practices to ensure successful implementation and lasting adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of end-to-end business change projects, ensuring they align with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining deliverable, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Manage project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress and outcomes.

Change Management:

  • Create and implement change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify the effects of changes on people, processes, and systems.
  • Design and deliver targeted communication plans to engage stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the change process.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge to embrace change.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, collecting feedback to refine strategies for future projects.
  • Serve as a change champion, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone who has demonstrable experience delivering Business Change focused projects with strong change management expertise. Key attributes include:

  • Proven experience in managing business change and transformation projects.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall) and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
