Are you an experienced Manager looking for a new opportunity? This is a fantastic chance to join our team as a Regional Manager in Manchester, overseeing mostly EBD homes but also some LD homes. This role has been created to split responsibilities with the current Regional Manager, who is managing a large number of homes.

About the Role: As Regional Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple homes, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and a positive team environment. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our services and supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Manage and develop a team of Home Managers and Senior Staff.
  • Ensure a positive, person-centred, and therapeutic environment across all homes.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management.

Care & Safeguarding:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people with EBD and LD.
  • Implement and oversee individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.
  • Work in partnership with social workers, families, and external agencies.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
  • Monitor and review the performance of all homes, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a children's residential setting.
