Solutions Business Manager - Liquid Analytical Monitoring

Wythenshawe, Manchester

£45,000 £50,000 OTE + Training and Development + Car

As a Solutions Business Manager will be responsible for your area of solutions business.

This will involve defining, developing, and promoting specific application and market focussed solutions, both internally and externally, whilst ensuring synergy across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

You will be the owner of the solution segment.

You will create clear direction by defining the scope, target markets and industry segmentation.

You will proactively develop and manage the sales funnel to ensure business is developed and supported in line with the company strategy and targets.

You will plan and manage internal & external seminars, lunch & learn sessions and exhibitions. Creation of case studies and application stories for use both internally and externally via magazines, social media, and campaigns.

You will provide support to other departments and customers as deemed appropriate.

Qualification + Profile

Have a good commercial background and some technical knowledge relating to the process industry.

To be highly self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Research and strategy

Commercial awareness

The ability to develop good working relationships with customers and colleagues in other Processes

Good networking skills

Good presentation skills

Some market knowledge

Problem solving and diagnostic skills
