The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen in the Asset Management and Sustainability team for the post of Age Friendly Facilities Co-ordinator and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.

CandidatesThe postholder will provide a facilities management service to ensure the effective day-to-day operations at the organisation's Age Friendly and Extra Care schemes, working alongside building compliance, health & safety and age friendly colleagues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking regular property inspections, prepare and monitor budget submissions for all servicing and maintenance at relevant schemes, co-ordinate appointments with contractors and internal stakeholders and maintain information systems to support and enable service delivery. You will also have excellent communication skills, be organised, ability work as part of a team and have the initiative to solve problems.
