About the role of a Building Services Manager
As a Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company work on range between 1 - 150 million. You will be joining a Tier 1 contractor, managing projects around the North-West region from inception to completion.
Experience/Qualifications for a Building Services Manager
- Experience in sectional completions along with close client engagement + phased inspections.
- Demonstrate interpersonal, commercial and technical skills to be able to deliver MEP Projects.
- Demonstrate significance in being to implement Handover plans, QMS System and ITP & Commissioning Management.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
- Be able to identify and follow through on tasks required to ensure delivery is taken place as smoothly as possible.
