My client are a reputable main contractor that are working on a sought after flagshipprojectin the North West. Due to company growth they are now looking for a Building Services Manager with either a Mechanical or electrical Biasto work closely with the delivery teams.

Ideal candidate:
- Solid experience working on the preconstruction anddelivery phaseof a project.
- All round knowledge of electrical/ mechanicalwork
- Knowledge of electrical / mechanical work.
- Up to date knowledge of building regulations.
- Quality driven.
- Passionate and proactive.
- Experience of high-rise residential projects.
Duties will include:
- Working in the deliverystage assisting with the design, scope and technical solution.
- Supporting the delivery team with the planning and coordination of a project.
- Implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plans.
- Working closely with the supply chain to ensure projects are being delivered effectively.
- At times working site based supporting teams on challenging projects.
