Job Summary:
The Venue Manager will oversee all cleaning operations within the sports venue, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff, this role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Cleaning Staff: Manage and lead a team of cleaning personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Ensure all areas of the venue, meet high cleanliness standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning practices comply with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and address any issues promptly.
- Budget Management: Manage the cleaning budget, including labor costs and supplies, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Event Support: Coordinate cleaning operations for events, ensuring timely and thorough cleaning before, during, and after events.
- Customer Service: Address any cleaning-related concerns from visitors and staff promptly and professionally.
