Cyber Security Communications Manager

As the Cyber Security Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices within the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for a variety of channels, including company intranet, newsletters, social media, and other communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication plans to promote cyber security awareness and education
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
• Create compelling content to engage, educate, and motivate employees about cyber security best practices
• Serve as a point of contact for cyber security-related communication within the organisation
• Stay abreast of the latest cyber security trends and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement
• Participate in industry forums and events to promote cyber security awareness and thought leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Cyber Security, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security communications
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organiational abilities
• Knowledge of cyber security best practices and industry standards
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional team
