Your new companyI'm working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a Facilities and Front of House Manager for one of their key accounts within the Manchester Region.Your new roleActing with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision, working with and supporting the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the service delivery of the full range of FM services, determining procedures and methods for achieving improvements to align with both the client and company objectives. You will be a key contact for the client's departmental stakeholders across the business and will be expected to develop a proactive professional working relationship, raising the standards and profile of the Workplace Team and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.In this role you will be responsible for the following:- All access control to the building- Managing on site H&S and compliance- Escorting and managing all on-site contractors- Room booking for events- Ensuring contractor KPI and SLAs are met- Log all maintenance on the CAFM system- Manage the day-to-day office ordering of supplies- Acting as the POC for all issuesWhat you'll need to succeed- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across management levels- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met- Accurate and exceptional attention to detail- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team- Innovative and able to identify FM and wider business opportunities- Confident and assertive - Sociable and outgoing- Flexible approach to work- Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clientsWhat you'll get in return- Salary circa £31,000 DOE- Full time hours 8-5 (40 hpw)- Opportunity for progression with world leading FM providerWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
