Facilities Coordinator Manchester£12.00 per hourASAP StartSearch Manchester are working with a number of well established companies across Greater Manchester area who are looking for temporary support in various capacities such as Front of House, Reception and Admin.These roles are suitable for people who have previous experience within facilities admin, super flexible and available to start work immediately.DutiesReceive and log calls and emails from clients and suppliers.Follow instructions from the Service DeskAcknowledge receipt of work instructions Determine appropriate resources required and allocate work requests accordinglyCheck approval status Liaise with clients Contact suppliers for updates Order parts and materials within agreed budget Keep clients updated so they are fully briefed as to when work will be carried out Add accurate, clear and concise updates on the systems Track progress of jobs against pre-determined SLAs Ensure accounts system is accurately updatedPerform on-call duties in accordance with agreed rotasMaintain an effective communication with all members of operations to ensure that there is effective co-ordination.Skills Previously worked within a high-speed office environment Experience utilising CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.Effective communication both verbally and writtenGreat time management and initiative
