My Client is an international company, with offices in Manchester and the US they are currently looking for an ambitious, highly driven individual. The person must be dynamic, positive and willing to go the extra mile. We are looking for someone to grow and develop and make the role their own could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate!
As a Facilities Co-ordinator your duties will include:
- Be the first point of contact for the business.
- Overall running of the day to day operations of the office.
- Liaise with building management and service providers to ensure compliance with health and safety
- Oversee repairs, routine maintenance such as air con and fire safety checks
- Being the go to person across the business, for both the UK and US offices.
- Organising events such as quarterly socials, annual parties, weekly lunches and activities to encourage a vibrant office culture
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Welcome candidates and new hires, support onboarding logistics, including desk setups and access cards.
As a FaciltiiesCo-ordinator you will have the following key skills:
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Superb team player
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
