This role would suit someone with general property maintenance experience looking to develop their skillset and work on a high end site, with the ability to continue your development and keep a varied working week.

The Role:
*Basic Preventative and Corrective Maintenance across the site
*Overseeing the site work of Contractors when necessary
*Basic repairs of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, decorating and similar across site

The Candidate:
*Basic knowledge of Property Maintenance
*Excellent Customer Service and Communication
*Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
