PROPERTY AND FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR FULL-TME - PERMANENT MANCHESTER UP TO £25,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an established property management company who have recently won awards for their outstanding work. They are looking for a dynamic new member for their team who will assist with all duties property related.This is a great position for someone wanting to make a professional career within property!

You will be:

  • Contract renewals, contract changes including rent increases
  • Carrying out property inspections and liaising with Property Managers regarding maintenance work
  • Managing maintenance works
  • Logging all jobs and communications onto internal systems
  • Processing payments and making amendments during change of tenancies
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

The team are outgoing, offices are modern and vibrant. Fantastic location, will be great for any one who loves the city life and enjoys working within property! You will ideally have previous or current working knowledge of the property industry, able to work to strict deadlines and have excellent verbal communications skills.
