We are seeking a Facilities Management Helpdesk Advisor (Administrator) to join our Facilities Management team.It'd be amazing if you have previous experience of working on an FM Helpdesk in a busy environment because this is what you'll be doing:Key Responsibilities:* Manage multiple inboxes and respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone* Handle a high volume of emails and calls, ensuring adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).* Support both reactive works and pre-planned maintenance tasks.* Prioritise and manage tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.* Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer queries effectively.* Maintain accurate records and logs of communications and job status updates.Key Skills & Experience:* Exceptional organisational abilities, capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic setting.* Outstanding customer service skills, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour.* Valuable experience in both reactive tasks and pre-planned maintenance.* Competent at working independently with efficiency, while also excelling as a collaborative team member.* Proficient in MS Office and various office management systems.Sucessful candidates must be:* Results orientated * IT literate* Confident on the phone* Great time managment skills and ability to priotritise tasks* Friendly and professional demeanor Perks once permanent:* Competitive salary * Great benefits - medical, wellness, etc.* Training and development projects to help assist you in your career.
