My client is looking for an experienced and driven Facility Manager to ensure the seamless operation of their office and retail stores, creating an efficient, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving operational excellence. You'll be working at the heart of the client's business, ensuring their values are reflected in everything you do.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and maintain all store infrastructure and internet systems.
  • Manage projects and liaise with landlords to keep things running smoothly.
  • Handle technical equipment from electricity to elevators, fire safety systems, and more.
  • Act as the fire and safety officer, ensuring full legal compliance.
  • Coordinate repairs and tackle issues directly to keep everything in top shape.
  • Get involved in exciting new store openings and renovations.
  • Re-negotiate service contracts to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Optimize stockroom and logistics procedures to boost productivity.
  • Ensure that lighting, surveillance, and all systems are working perfectly to create an inviting space.
  • Develop a digital overview of all service contracts for easy management and coordination with finance.
