We are delighted to work with a private equity backed professional services organisation to recruit a HR systems data & reporting specialist. This is a hybrid role, offering lots of flexibility providing you can get to the London or Manchester site a few times per month.

You will join a fast growth, ambitious group who grow through acquisition and manage a team of two responsible for all data management, reporting and systems maintenance for the business. Having implemented Sage this year, you/your team will be responsible for the integration of data and ongoing data integrity and the following;

Producing complex reports related to onboarding, headcount changes as a result of acquisition, productivity and attrition/retention.

Working closely with payroll, finance and FP&A, you will build strong internal relationships, in order to provide the best level of service, reporting and commercial support to stakeholders.

Interpreting the data, providing trend analysis and narrative to support commercial objectives and decisions.

In order to be successful in your application, you can demonstrate;

, A background in systems, reporting and data management, ideally having used Sage.

Ideally experience working in fast paced financial or professional services.

The ability to work in a demanding, ambitious organisation with conflicting priorities.

Leadership experience, comfortable working with senior stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

You are a self-starter who is highly organised and meticulously detail orientated. You take great pride in producing accurate data and feel comfortable analysing large data sets.
