Job Title:Maintenance Manager
Salary: 50000 - 55000/annum

The company
Our agency is currently supporting a highly regarded food manufacturing business who seek to recruit an up-and-coming Maintenance Manager from food or an associated business.
The Role
Responsible for organising all maintenance on site to ensure the lines are kept running and well maintained, you will be managing a small yet dedicated engineering team. With the size of the site and team, the role is perfect for someone who wishes to step into their first management post or expand on their early management career path.
The person
We seek a devoted, enthusiastic people manager who can lead from the front and support a well-established, motivated group of engineers.
