Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their expansive property portfolio, which includes 7 buildings across the UK and Ireland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse range of services, from building maintenance to energy management, while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance. With a generous salary of £46,000 and based in the vibrant Manchester City Centre, this position provides a unique chance to contribute to the company's carbon reduction strategy and improve their Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating.

What you'll do:

As a Property Services Manager, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's property portfolio. You will ensure that all buildings are equipped correctly and that building compliance is always up-to-date. Your commitment to Health and Safety will provide peace of mind for all occupants and visitors. As the main point of contact for tenants and building users, your excellent interpersonal skills will shine. You'll also engage with external agencies, manage repairs and maintenance, and oversee disaster recovery plans. Your ability to manage budgets effectively will be crucial in this role.

* Ensure all buildings remain operational with correct equipment

* Maintain up-to-date building compliance across the entire portfolio

* Guarantee Health and Safety for all occupants and visitors

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants and building users

* Engage with relevant external agencies

* Manage all repairs and maintenance tasks

* Oversee the building disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan

* Ensure service providers maintain and exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Manage lifecycle budgets, operating budgets, and annual service charge budgets
