What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Executive, you'll:
- Support customers & partners through online application journeys.
- Handle customer queries across multiple communication channels.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver an outstanding service experience.
What We're Looking For
- Customer Service Experience - Ideally in finance, technology, or business solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to build relationships and solve problems.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable - Comfortable with digital platforms and quick to learn.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented - Can manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team Player - Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve goals.

Work Schedule
Shifts: 4 x 9-hour shifts between:
Monday - Saturday: 8 AM - 8 PM
Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM
