C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Manager to join a busy and well established Aftersales department in Manchester.

You will need previous experience working as a Service Manager within the Automotive Sector and a proven track record. 

Service Manager Role Overview•    Driving the profitability and service levels of the aftersales department.•    Managing all costs and administering company procedures.•    Motivate and focus the team to deliver exceptional customer service.•    Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings•    Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests•    Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.•    Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.

Service Manager Requirements:•    Experience working as a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager with the Motortrade/Automotive sector.•    Proven track record.•    Stable Career history.•    Full driving license is required.
