Job Description:

***You will have the opportunity to relocate to the UAE to work exclusively with one of our clients.***

As a Telemarketing Executive within the payroll sector, you will be responsible for helping contractors select their payroll solutions by negotiating and offering tailored payroll services. Working closely with senior payroll brokers, you will learn the payroll industrys intricacies, including compliance, taxation, and regulations. A key part of the role will involve making in excess of 200 outbound calls per day to prospect new clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships.

The position is ideal for someone who is looking to develop a career in sales within financial services, offering extensive training and fast career progression for high achievers.

Required skills/qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on client relationship management

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Working pattern:

Office based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Occasional extended hours during busy periods (e.g., month-end payroll runs)
